Carbon footprint
Since 2020, we have had a programme to offset greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In the empark group, we managed to be carbon neutral in scopes 1 and 2 and this last year we measured scope 3 of our carbon emissions.
All our actions are geared towards a low-carbon economy as part of the Plan for Net Zero Emissions by 2040.
Electric vehicle
Empark has cemented itself as the leading supplier of electric vehicle (EV) charging services in the car park sector. This is viewed as a crucial step towards creating more sustainable and environmentally friendly cities.
The acquisition of Efimob is perfectly aligned with this commitment and helps us consolidate our position as a leader in the transition to sustainable mobility, expanding our services with charging points to provide these electric vehicles with 100% renewable energy.
We have over 400 points distributed among our car parks in Spain and Portugal, and we have been pioneering the installation of this type of facility in our car parks since 2018. As a result, these aren't simple car parks anymore, but mobility hubs that offer multiple cleaner and more sustainable solutions.

Waste management and paper reduction
The use of our Telpark app has resulted in savings of 32 tons of paper during 2025. This figure translates into more than 42 million ticketless transactions in regulated on-street parking and nearly 5 million ticketless transactions in our parking facilities.
This strategic positioning is growing every year and we are working hard to raise awareness among all our analogue customers to have them migrate to the digital app, and thus help make the world more sustainable.
